The Measure and Quality Control Company (QUACONTROL) is the leading inspection company in Vietnam founded on 1st April, 1995 under the decision of Minister of Vietnam Ministry of Industry. QUACONTROL is the largest and the most experienced inspection company in Vietnam.

QUACONTROL is the first organisation that was given a gold award for quality in Vietnam. At the moment, QUACONTROL is accredited to conform to the International Standard ISO/IEC 17020:1998 and its quality management system is certified to ISO 9001:2000 as well as its laboratory is accredited to ISO/IEC 17025:1999. The President of Socialist Republic of Vietnam also awarded the Third Class Medal of Working QUACONTROL in 2001.

QUACONTROL's head office is located in No. 55, Le Thanh Tong Street, Halong City, looking to the wonderful Halong Bay, Vietnam while its 3 units are located in 3 mains areas on over the Coal area. QUACONTROL has its laboratory equipped by many modern test machines and measurement instruments which are capable of testing different types of commodities using Vietnamese standards (TCVN) and International and Foreign standards (ISO, ASTM, etc.). QUACONTROL's laboratory is accredited to the International Standard ISO/IEC 17025 with certificate VILAS 012. Beside, QUACONTROL possesses a professional staff of 300 employees. Most of them graduated from domestic or foreign universities with diversified specialities and have accumulated experiences in the inspection fields. They are diligent, honest and responsible for inspection work. QUACONTROL's surveyors are competent and qualified to carry out inspection with high quality to meet the requirements of clients.

In the other hand, QUACONTROL has the relation and co-operation with many leading international inspection organizations of Australia, Japan, Switzerland, and Korea etc. This co-operation has given practical effects in development, expansion of inspection services, exchange of technique and experience, training competent surveyors.
Inspection certificates issued by QUACONTROL are used as objective evidences to settle claims, payment, delivery and receipt, origin, administrative operations such as customs clearance, and environment protection etc.
